Storm Spotter Observation Notepad

This notepad will make the job of a spotter reporting observations so much easier. It starts with the design, a field or check box for almost every feature of a report. There are sections for location, NWS office ID, hail, severe wind, tornado, and flash flooding. Each pad measures 8 1/2" X 11" and has forty (40) sheets with three (3) event blocks per sheet.
